Founder / Executive Producer

Four-time Emmy-nominated director and producer, Daniel Sharp, has worked across scripted, unscripted, episodic and feature length productions for international broadcasters including Disney, HBO, National Geographic, The CW, BBC, Channel Four and Warner Brothers Discovery..

Based in London, Daniel has developed countless projects for broadcasters around the world with many more currently in development. His credits have included Top Gear America, British crime-drama Bulletproof and the Emmy-nominated, Disasters Engineered, Vikings: Rise and Fall and Frontier.

Named in Reelscreen’s Factual Under 40 in 2023, he’s worked on projects with global names such as HRH Prince Harry, Ray Winstone, Henry Cavill and Snoop Dogg and directed talent including Billy Boyd, Dominic Monaghan, Haley Joel Osment, Maisie Williams and many more, continuing to establish his reputation as a trusted, passionate and ambitious talent.

 

 

MATT KING

Head of Post Production

With over 20 years experience in a wide range of film and video mediums, Matt has worked on a broad range of programming from advertisements, music promos, small and large corporate films and live events. His work on various broadcast programming includes documentary, travelogue, extreme sports and make-over shows for broadcasters and productions companies, based both in the UK and USA.

Matt started his career working his way through London’s Soho post-production ranks from a runner in VT up to editor, senior editor and finally head of post-production - where he’s been able to merge his highly technical knowledge with a well developed narrative ability.

 

 

YASMINE WEBER

Production Executive

Yasmine joined the Dash team as an in house Production Executive. She has spent the last 15 years managing series such as The Undateables (C4), Bear Gryll’s Mission With… (ITV), Chitty Flies Again with David Williams (C4) and Inside North Korea’s Dynasty (Nat Geo) amongst many other prime time series for major broadcasters.

Starting her career at the BBC, she then spent 7 years at betty TV working up from Production Coordinator to Line Producer, moving on to Line Produce programmes at 72 Films, Rare TV and later becoming an in-house Production Executive at Spun Gold TV before coming to Dash.

 

 

AGATA Pieczynska

Producer

Agata has over 20 years experience in TV with a background in production, as well as operations and acquisitions, for broadcasters such as Sky, BBC, MTV and CNBC.

Having earned a Bachelor’s degree in American Cinema and English Literature, Agata’s love of storytelling has been the driving force which led her to work on many long form documentaries including David Beckham: For The Love of The Game and Prince Harry in Africa, as well as multiple adventure travel series. More recently she has also produced branded content for clients such as Eurotunnel and No.1 Botanicals', creating a short promotional film alongside Henry Cavill.


 

TIM RAGGETT

Senior Editor

Tim is an award-winning editor with over 15 years of experience in broadcast and corporate film making. He has worked in everything from feature-length television documentaries to viral brand campaigns to government comms.

He has worked on comedies for Sky Arts, documentaries for The Discovery Channel, and financial programming for CNBC. Tim also has made many TV and cinema ads for companies like Nike and John Lewis, and also worked on large Corporate projects for the likes of British Airways and The Travel Corporation.

Tim has also worked as a government advisor for video and photography, and has a BA in Television Production.

 

 

LLOYD RUBIO

Production Coordinator

Lloyd began his career in the film industry by diving into the dynamic world of branded content and music promotion. Alongside completing his degree in Digital Film Production from Ravensbourne University, he honed a unique blend of technical expertise and creative insight. Whilst navigating the production ranks, Lloyd has created notable content for industry giants like Virgin EMI, Universal, and Sony BMG. His diverse portfolio spans branded and promotional content, unscripted productions, and award-winning short-form narratives.

Originally from Sitges, Barcelona, Lloyd’s international academic background has given him a global perspective, enhancing his ability to navigate production collaborations overseas and ensure smooth, successful outcomes.  Lloyd has brought his talents to shows like Billy & Dom: Eat the World, where his organisational prowess, logistical and creative problem-solving, consistently deliver exceptional results. More importantly, he knows how to pack a van!

 

 

CHARLOTTE CONNELL

Editor

With a degree in Editing and Post Production, Charlotte started primarily in the world of advertising before joining WTV as a Junior Editor where she worked her way up the ranks, editing projects of long and short-form programming, as well as an array of live events.

Upon joining Dash Pictures as an editor, Charlotte has been the lead editor on many episodes of their travel and historical series, including Fantastic Friends and Frontier.

 

 

THOMAS RICHARD

Junior Editor

A graduate of Ravensbourne University, Thomas got his start in post-production at the creative agency Intermission Films. Whilst working at the agency, Thomas helped cut several TV spots, reels and social trailers for large feature films.

Since joining Dash Pictures as a Junior Editor, Thomas has cut many of Dash’s trailers, and has assisted the edits of the documentary films Hurst: The First and Only and Brighton: Stand or Fall.

 

 

TAYLOR GORSKE

Junior Editor

Originally from Boston, Massachusetts, Taylor received a Bachelor’s degree from Rhode Island College. She went on to work at ABC6, a network television station in Providence where she eventually joined their start-up ‘Sociable!’ producing web and social media content.

Since joining Dash Pictures, Taylor has worked across numerous productions including the Rise and Fall series, Frontier, Brick by Brick for the Lego Foundation, as well as both seasons of Fantastic Friends. She has a Master of Arts degree in Film and Television Production from Anglia Ruskin University. She resides in London with her cat Chester.

 

 

DIMO MEZ

Motion Graphics Designer

Originally from Sofia, Bulgaria, Dimo first moved to London to study graphic design at Central Saint Martins. He has worked with several design and animation companies in London, including Beautiful Creative and The Editpool, as well as PlusOne in Amsterdam.

Dimo returned to Sofia where he ran a successful motion graphics company for several years before relocating back to London. He has been working closely with Dash Pictures since 2019, becoming their motion graphic artist on all major projects.

 

 

lily mcstocker

Junior Designer

Following a degree in Graphic Design from Kingston University and a postgrad diploma in Motion Graphics and Titles from The National Film and Television School, Lily animated title sequences, end credits, and in-show graphics for a range of independent productions.  

Since joining Dash Pictures as a Junior Designer, Lily has worked on Pirates: Behind The LegendsBilly & Dom Eat The World, and Witches: Truth Behind The Trials.

 

 

ADAM LAWRENCE

Technical Post Production Assistant

After graduating from Ravensbourne University, Adam got his start as an edit assistant at Penny4, there he would sync, cut and assist videos for YouTubers such as Tom Scott. He would also help create sizzles and trailers for Penny4’s social media platforms to promote future projects. Adam later moved to a post-production house, working in MCR, ensuring all editor clients projects running smooths, and would be at hand if any technical issues were to arise.

Since Adam has joined Dash Pictures, he has managed all social media accounts for projects such as ‘Fantastic Friends’ and ‘Billy and Dom Eat The World’. He has performed DIT duties on set as well as delivering all project files for the post production team.

 

 

CLAUDIA SPILSBURY

PA and Office Manager

Claudia was born in Dubai and grew up there until she moved to Cape Town, the place she thinks of as home. She came to London as an intern for a fashion company, and swiftly became a PA. She has since worked in the same role in the worlds of architecture and public relations, and is now PA and office manager at Dash.
